Hi all As some of you may be aware Enterprise Vault 11 shipped on the 5th May.

We have been having issues with Enterprise vault tab disappearing on users since we upgraded to outlook 2010. It will be there for a time and one day.

If I image them a new workstation, the tab will be on the new pc. A few times, it just will not be there right from the beginning.

However, if you log in as another user on the same workstation, the tab will be there. This is getting kind of old. Unfortunately, I do not have access to support as our corporate office is suppose to be on top of this. We have tried to uninstall the vault client. But often, the client just disappears. Even in program files. Then we will try and reinstall.

That doesnt work. So we try this: Still doesnt help. We are running the HTTP only version v9.0.2.1061.
