I have exactly the same issue with the same 'Spanish or Italian' copy of the game. In my case, I'm fluent in Spanish, but I always prefer English as a videogame language.

I beg Activision to release downloadable patches for all platforms (PS4, XBox, PC). Patches of each language for optional download. I think it's an excellent idea to please everyone who wants to play the game in their preferred language, not necessarily that of the country where they live in. Activision could even charge a little for each patch, like 3€ or so, and make quite a lot more money while pleasing the customers. I see there already are season passes, and from my PS4 I see that COD IW, which I own, has optional voice patches with funny characters and stuff. Why then not release complete language patches for each COD game?

I really hope they consider the option. I am having the same issue.

I bought the game in Spain for my ps4 that is in English. If you want to switch the game language to spanish you need to change the PS4 language in the settings to spanish, than its going to switch to spanish but I need/want it in English and Activision should really do something about it. Nowadays a lot of people work/live abroad ^^. I love the game but it would be so much more fun if I would understand everything in it. Please Activision read our posts. As mentioned before, you can even earn money on language packs!!!
