Acura9688 answered 6 months ago Just went through this with my 2008 RDX. Once you get this error where it says 'Downloading Software' and then, 'Please Check your Disc', it's not a good sign.

Download video dragon ball z kai lengkap. It means that either the DVD Rom Navigation is failing, or you have a scratched disc. Most likely the laser is dirty (which can be cleaned with one of those disc / laser cleaners with the brushes on the CD), or you have a problem with the DVD Rom itself, which cannot easily be fixed without sending the unit to Alpine to get it repaired. In my case, I had a power interruption during a map update, so that put my system in an endless loop where it couldn't read the firmware or go back to the original firmware maps. The only solution I could find was to look for an auto wrecker that had an identical DVD Rom drive and then remove my old unit and replace it with the spare one.

I searched high and low for a fix, but even the dealership couldnt reset the unit to read the original map DVD once it was in this mode, so I had to find a better solution. Kya dil mein hai serial last episode 1. Either repair the DVD Rom by sending it to Alpine, or find a refurbished unit, or one from an auto-wrecker. Make sure that if you go the auto-wrecker route that you can get the Navi code for the DVD Rom unit, otherwise you won't be able to access the GPS system.

If you have the original car's VIN and the serial number of the DVD Rom Navi unit then you can retrieve it online through Honda / Acura. Without the Navi code (the 4 digit anti-theft code used to activate the navigation system) it won't work. Hope this information helps a bit. Hopefully your problem is just a dirty DVD lens that can be easily fixed with a CD/Disc drive cleaner.

Hi, I have a 2001 MDX, Black DVDripped in ISO mode with Decrypter and burnt the image with Nero at the slowest speed with a DVD+R (maxell/Ritek DVD) worked no problem Anyway here is my question, I have a 2001 MDX with Navi ( black dvd disc), of course I just brought it to Canada and of course I would like to get some Canadian coverage, so i started doing some research on burningwell a lot of problems, I tried it, took my time and my burnt copy worked like a charm, 10 times I turned on and off and only once did it not work and all I did was remove and reinsert the DVD, so not a real problem. Now, the 2001 dvd is Black, the one I think I will need to get, if possible, would be the Orange color DVD from the 2003 models, this offered the Canadian coverage, as per Alpines website. So I think that these are Dual Layer DVD’s in the '03, is my 2001 unit able to read the Dual Layer Disc, or is it only able to read single layer, because if that is the differences between the generations, then I think instead of using the DL disc I could split the info of the disc in 2, so, 1 single layer disc for ex. Could hold all the east coast and the other single layer disc would hold the east coast info. Does this make sense, have you heard of anyone doing, this?
